在茶葉前處理過程的“七十二變”中,找到zui愛的處理手段

茶葉
我國茶葉歷史非常悠久,到現(xiàn)在少也有數(shù)千年的歷史了。我國也是屬于茶葉大國,由此我們可以知道我國茶葉的品種是非常的多。那對(duì)于茶葉有所了解的人都知道,我國茶葉主要分為六大類,也就是紅茶、綠茶、黑茶、白茶、黃茶和青茶(烏龍茶)。人們一直離不開茶葉,不僅因?yàn)椴枞~口感好、味道濃韻,更因?yàn)椴枞~有著特殊的功效,有利于人們的身心健康。
茶葉具備這么多功效,與茶葉所蘊(yùn)含的成分有關(guān),茶葉本身含有咖啡jian、單寧、茶多酚、蛋白質(zhì)、碳水化合物、游離氨基酸、葉綠素、胡蘿卜素、維生素A原、維生素B、C、E以及無機(jī)鹽、微量元素等400多種成分。

近年來,中國茶產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合推進(jìn),呈現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。目前,全國有茶園面積約4400萬畝,茶葉年產(chǎn)量約260萬噸,分別占世界的60%和45%,穩(wěn)居shi界第yi位。所產(chǎn)茶葉中,每年有10%以上出口,每年出口額16億美元左右。因此,茶葉的質(zhì)量把控就顯得尤為重要,那么茶葉中的農(nóng)殘如何測(cè)定?又分別有哪些方法?今天就一起來看看吧:
